I received some Midori Travel Journals for my birthday and was excited to put them to use. I have done some scrapbooking-on-the-go in the past and was excited to try it again. I thought I would use it for a short getaway trip, and just use it after that for trips as needed, but since I haven’t scrapped most events this summer, I decided to document more of what’s already happened this summer. I chose to focus on events: concerts, festivals, fairs & short trips for this notebook.
I started printing all the photos right from my iPhone 6 with the Canon Easy-PhotoPrint app. I use Pic Stitch to make the various layouts with square photos and different sizes. I generally edit my photos in the PicTapGo app.
I gathered some random supplies to take with me in my recycled camera zip envelope: some die-cuts/punch out pieces, scrap paper, journal cards, Heidi Swapp sticky notes, washi tape, puffy stickers, sharpie, adhesive, roller stamps and tiny attacher.
I will share the results when I add to it!
